I hired LI developers to do a complete renovation of my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the work and craftsmanship. The job was completed on schedule and within budget. I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Jakob for a kitchen remodel.

I originally hired Long Island Developers to do a complete remodel of my 1400sf office including kitchen. Jackie and Ryan were easily reachable, trustworthy and dependent. Once that project was complete and I realized how happy i was with not only the value, but their craftsmanship, I knew they would be the right choice for my home remodel. They completely revamped my kitchen, living room, dining room and den. I m so thankful for all the hard work they have put into my business and my home, and look forward to using them for my upcoming projects in the near future. Thank you Jackie and Ryan for being the trustworthy contractors I ve always dreamed of working with!

My wife and I had a very positive experience working with LI Developers. The remodeling was on point and fast. We needed the basement and bathroom remodeled so from start to finish, they were professional and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable and their estimate was MUCH LESS than other places we looked at. Their business practices are completely transparent and professional which was very refreshing. Ryan and Jakob were very helpful out at our the home end. They were professional, courteous and took a lot of care with their work and in keeping our home clean in the process. I was particularly impressed with how he completely covered the area around the work space, and kept our home super clean and livable while the work was happening. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to have work done in their home!

UPDATE: Jakob reached out to me on or about October 17th to apologize & offered to send his crew back to try to rectify the situation or reimburse me a small amount of money. I chose to take the money to cover materials I had purchased that were not used during this project. I do appreciate the fact that Jakob did apologize & made the attempt to rectify this matter. I hired this company based on the 5 star reviews & it didn't take me long to realize the reviews were probably left by family & or friends of LI Developers or individuals who are not used to PROFESSIONAL work. The job was supposed to take 3 weeks. I am aware of delays & alotted extra time for any snags. However, I probably should have fired them on the 2nd week when the workers stopped showing up consistently & the quality of work was horrendous. I made it clear to Jacob that we were on a time frame & I had no choice, but to hire another crew to fix the terrible work & catch up on the schedule. By hiring another crew this infuriated Jacob & started pulling his people off my project. Additionally, I was being harrassed EVERY day for $$ despite the job being no where near finished. I am talking about a $45,000 contract & never denying him reasonable payments for the amount of work &;/or materials that had been provided. Further, the only reason (besides the bogus 5star review) I hired them was because I felt Edmund was professional, honest & trustworthy. Apparently Edmund dissolved their partnership in the middle of my project. I would also like to add Jacob has anger issues when mistakes are pointed out &; refused to correct them, but rather pull workers off & leave jobs unfinished. He takes no responsibility for his workers, does not do any of the work himself & blames anyone he can for s***** work. I seriously do not know how these shady contractors will stay in business, but I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE for ANYTHING. & BBB will be contacted. I have photos of his crews work for anyone who wishes to see before even considering hiring this fast talking, con artist.

could not have asked for a better company to deal with. from the first phone call , to meeting Jakob and the crew all the way to a finish job on all y 3 bathrooms it was a smooth ride. very professional, honest, on time and funny :)))) . looking forward to dealing with LI DEVELOPERS , for my next projects.

I am super satisfied with the professional, timely work completed by this company. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure my project was completed correctly from beginning to end. His work in my kitchen and bathroom was second to none. The quality and speed at which the project was completed was truly amazing. Jacob quoted price was absolutely on point and of great value.
