I hired Jakob and LI developers to remodel my Kitchen and first floor bathroom. Jakob was attentive to my wishes and very detail oriented. His crew showed up everyday ready to work and the time of the turn around was great as I still needed to live in the house. Beautiful work and Jakob was always there either over the phone or in person when I needed anything. Great outcome overall highly recommend.

We hired LI Developers to replace a large 2 tier wooden deck with a smaller composite deck. Then we found out they also do pavers. Long story short, Jakob and his crew transformed our backyard into a stunning outdoor space (deck/paver patio) that exceeded my expectations. Jakob is knowledgeable, honest, and wonâ t cut corners. He spent so much time talking to us (on the phone and in person) to understand what we wanted so we would be happy with the final result. He offered design suggestions that I hadnâ t thought of, and I love the way those elements came out. We had a few obstacles to overcome while doing the project, because of our homeâ s previous owners work, but Jakob figured out solutions and corrected the issues. We werenâ t able to be home most days that they were working, but Jakob kept us informed on the dayâ s progress by texting me photos and videos throughout the day. His crew came on time every day, worked hard in this crazy summer heat, were professional, and cleaned up all debris. We already have Jakob and his crew in mind for other projects we need done.

I hired LI Developers for my patio and stoop, as well as updating the front and back doors. Very impressed with the timely manner in which all the work was completed. Everyone involved did a nice job and was very attentive and friendly.

I hired Jakob and LI Developers, LLC for a patio and a Second floor Bow window replacement and was very happy with how professional Jakob and his workers completed the Jobs. There was one issue with the Patio that Jakob took care of to satisfy me. Jakob was with the projects every step of the way and was always prompt with returning my calls. Would recommend LI Developers and look forward to getting other projects done by them.

We hired LI Developers for a complete gut of our basement bathroom. They were always right on time, courteous and respectful. They coordinated all permits with the town, architects and outside contractors and provided professional opinions and input throughout the entire process. The end result was beautiful! We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

One thing I would say is Jakob and his team were very quick with the job. In less than 2 weeks they ripped my entire backyard and installed pavers and turf. Everyday 10-12 people showed up to finish the job. Rain or snow, they showed up and did the job very quickly. I would recommend hiring them for quick and excellent turn around on a job.

Jacob and his team are professional and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him for any project.

The owner, Jakob, was amazing to deal with. He was punctual, helpful, reliable, and honest, which is hard to find these days. He also helped us design the whole project including helping us pick the cabinets, countertops, vanity, and tiles, he has great eyes for this. I will call him again when we are ready to finish the basement.
