After interviewing multiple contractors for the major renovations needed in my home, I am so happy and pleased that I made the wisest decision and hired LI Developers. From day 1 Jakob was honest, professional and reliable. Our scope of work included gut renovation of the kitchen - redesigning the layout and expanding of same, replacing the water damaged floor in the living room and fixing the subfloor that was damaged, brand new siding outside, a new roof, renovations to the existing deck and fixing the foundation. From day one and every step of the way since then Jakob and his amazing crew have been reliable, professional and a pure pleasure to work with. The work was done seamlessly, meticulously and in a timely manner, Jakob also worked as a designer and has amazing taste and ideas in making everything look straight out of Architectural Digest! I truly feel like LI Developers treated me as if I was family throughout this whole process, and although nobody looks forward to a home renovation I would look forward to many more renovations knowing that LI Developers will be by my side.

Out of five contractors I contacted to do repair work on a brick walkway, only Jakab of LI Developers responded. When he came to give us an estimate, we also asked about putting in a small brick patio for our fire pit. At that request, Jakab's artistic juices began to flow and he excitedly came up with some creative ideas that would be an added highlight to our backyard. Over a period of one week, Jakab followed up with us several times and when we told him we were only ready to have the repair work done, he didn't hesitate to take on the job, which was executed by a craftsman names Alex, professionally, quickly and to our satisfaction. Jakab is an ambitious man, who is eager to take on many facets of home improvement work. We recommend him highly.

Jakob and his guys did a great job at my house. They did painting, vinyl floors, new closet, high hats but did extra work for us as a courtesy, such as installing ceiling fan/chandelier and bathroom caulking. Jakob values relationship and wants to become a friend.

Jakob is such a dream to work with along with his workers. They couldn't do enough for us. The workman ship is spectacular, they cleaned up everyday. They were always on time EVERY DAY! We are loving our new Kitchen, Bathroom and Dining room. This was such a major job and we are so thrilled that they remodeled our home. Thank you Jakob!

An overall great experience working with Jakob. He is very personable and always showed concern that we were happy with his work. Any bumps along the way were quickly attended to. Jakobs eye for design was awesome, and his suggestions were always on target. He gave great feedback and his expertise on the way the bathroom should be designed always made sense. His follow-up and constant communication throughout the project was very refreshing and made the job worry free.

Jakob and his talented team did a phenomenal job repairing, sanding and painting my old wood deck. It looks brand new. No contractor communicates better throughout the entire process. Jakob was very easy to work with. He worked with me on picking out everything I needed. Quality of work was very good. His workers were very neat and never gave me a problem Would definitely have more work done in my house in the future. Most Important Finished my kitchen on time.
