This is my second project working with Jakob. He is a pleasure to work with as usual. His crews completed the whole job in 3 days, and my new driveway and walkway came out beautiful. It was well worth the long wait. Jakob also sent his crew back for a minor imperfection I noticed. He is now my go-to contractor for any future works.

Owner Jakob was a pleasure to work with. He is always around to keep an eye on the project and answer my questions and concerns. He also answers my text and calls in a timely fashion. He takes pride in his work and often goes the extra mile to help us. When installing fixtures in our bathroom, he asked his crew to replace the old plumbing anyway, even though we did not talk about it initially. He said because it is the right thing to do. His crew was courteous and professional. They paid extra attention to details. Our bathroom turns out great. We would definitely recommend LI Developers to others and will hire them for future projects.

From the moment Jakob gave me an estimate for the job I requested, I knew he was the contractor I wanted. He was very very detail oriented, explained everything he would do, and did exactly everything as promised. His crew worked diligently every day they were here, and I could not be more pleased with the work they did day in and day out. My bathroom came out so much better than I can ever imagine. We had a problem with the vanity having some damage upon delivery, and Jakob went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted and not settle for anything less. He gave us his opinion on decorative ideas but was never pushy abt anything. Everything was as we requested to a tee!!! Thank you Jakob and please thank the guys for the hard work they did in making my bathroom what it is.. PERFECT!

I met Jakob while he was working on a project, which was roofing and siding, at my neighbor's home- I was impressed with the job he was doing and the fact that he was always around while the work was being done- My roof needed extensive work and we discussed what was necessary visibly and what might possibly have to be done- He gave me a very competitive quote and assured me it would be done the right way- Jakob's quote was comprehensive so there were no surprises when further damage was revealed on my 70 year-old ranch roof- His crew showed up on time every day and immediately went to work when town hours allowed- Jakob stripped off the old roofing, repaired holes, put up new roofing and cladding, and replaced the gutters- After the project was completed, Jakob and his crew made sure to leave the area clean- I was very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to use Jakob's company for any other work my house would need- His is a full-service company, as he is also doing interior work at my neighbor-

We met Jakob and his crew when they We along with several of our neighbors received quotes and hired him. Our house he did stoop, walkway with pavors and blue stone - it is stunning. His crew was on time, neat and curtious and their work was top notch. He also did our neighbors roof, windows and siding and our other neighbor hired him for a full interior ( bathrooms, kitchen, the whole house ) Jakob is hard working, honest and takes great pride in the jobs, he is present all day, he doesnt miss a beat>

Workers are very professional and polite, Jakob has a great eye for detail and extremely helpful in pulling the whole package together,

We had quite a bit of stone work done such as a retaining wall, a stone wall along the driveway, and a front walkway. We also had the deck re-floored. Jacob gave us a good estimate. He frequently stopped by to see how the job was progressing and was always available to discuss/resolve issues. His crew worked through major problems such as an enormous undiscovered root. Would highly recommend
