"After interviewing multiple contractors for the major renovations needed in my home, I am so happy and pleased that I made the wisest decision and hired LI Developers. From day 1 Jakob was honest, professional and reliable. Our scope of work included gut renovation of the kitchen - redesigning the layout and expanding of same, replacing the water damaged floor in the living room and fixing the subfloor that was damaged, brand new siding outside, a new roof, renovations to the existing deck and fixing the foundation. From day one and every step of the way since then Jakob and his amazing crew have been reliable, professional and a pure pleasure to work with. "Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. "I noticed some visual damage on my roof. Vinny and his assistant arrived the next day, as promised, for an estimate. They provided pictures of the damage (caused by animals - squirrels ?! - in 7 separate locations). They did a quick temporary fix where a hole was opened through the roof (rain was in the forecast). The repairs were done as scheduled. They provided 'after' pictures showing the excellent quality of their work. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Premium Roofing and Siding. When my roof needs replacing in a few years, I will plan on hiring them for the job."

"My experience with Pro Master Construction, particularly, the owner, has been rather a good one. I was very pleased with the expertise of Luan and bedside manner as he understood my concerns. He took the time to carefully observed, evaluated, and explained in detail what exactly needed to be done. He is even gone far and beyond by adding a couple of extra materials to secure the gutters. He is an honest man, for which I rarely say about the 30+ house-related contractors I have dealt with to-date, let alone do I write reviews. If you are planning to install gutter guards, then may I suggest that you ask for more options other than the one they offer. I went with Mike Holmes smooth perforated metal gutter leaf guards (Holmes calls it smart screens). No need for fancy mesh top (will sludge in due time), wired screens, etc. Effectiveness and function are key!"
