My wife and I are glad we hired this company to build our patio and do our landscape work. As soon as we requested information from JK General Contractor, Chris reached out to us and answered all of our questions and gave us different options based on what we wanted. Chris was always available and every time we had a question, he was there to answer it. We wanted our project done by a certain date and this company delivered. We got what we wanted and the way we wanted it. We will definitely use this company again. Chris, thank you for everything.

This is being written on day 105 of a 14 day contractual task. After receiving final confirmations and affirmation of this being no more than a 4 day task, start to finish, my wife and I are still being requested to change our evaluation and rating, due to our less-than-expected rating that was provided by us to HomeAdvisor. The HomeAdvisor service is great; JK Contractors are not. They won't seem to go away. Time will only tell how well their warranty repair work is completed. We experienced the following issues: dimensions of actual deck surface boards changed and being informed by the lumber supplier, NOT our project representative Chris, from JK Contractors -- who, frankly, seldom returned emails and calls; ruined property from allowing dirt and debris to sit too long on our lawn, as well as their poorly-maintained vehicles causing for staining in our driveway; days of 'no-shows' of crew; language barrier of no one speaking my language, which caused for frustration in conveying issues/asking questions on-site; many outstanding/never returned emails and phone calls; having to settle for a cheaper product and a downgraded railing system, while never receiving monies back for an upgraded railing system for which we had paid. Though the workmanship of the finished product is above average, if you are considering an expedited process and closure once the contractor's build process is completed, consider other contractors.

Chris kept us up to date an the progress of job planning and his crew performed their work expertly and on time.

We had several estimates and JK General Contractors was close in price to a few. It was the way that Chris represented his company, very straight forward, asked as well as answered all the questions of the entire project. Completely engaging. Gave the estimate immediately and discussed the options. When hired delivered everything as discussed. We are completely impress with how well our deck looks. The 2 employees that did the work were exceptional. I would recommend them for any future project.

After a discussion with Chris we decided to forgo the deck option and install stonework and new maintenance free pillars and railings on our front porch. Everything about this project was perfect from the first discussion to the final product. The craftsmanship on the stonework is exceptional. Working with Chris was a joy. We couldn't be happier with JK General Contractor and highly recommend them.

The finished stoop and walkway look beautiful! We have received so many compliments from neighbors. We are very pleased with the work.

JK General Contractor worked hard to complete our masonry work for us. The stonework turned out beautifully and is a huge improvement. Being able to reach their marketing rep, Chris by phone and email helped with the exchange of ideas and getting questions or concerns addressed. They were careful with their work, on time and the price was the best quote we received.

Any construction project becomes a complex project for a single head of household like me. Chris was more than responsive to my questions, detailed oriented and he came out to the site to check on the progress. If you are looking for a company that shows excellence in everything they do, JK is all you need. As for me, JK Contractor will definitely be the only construction company I will be hiring for my future projects.

I hired these guys to do a full remodel of the bathroom in my condo. They came in with the lowest estimate, but at the same time I felt that Chris was more personal and straight forward compared to the other estimates. Once the work started, Chris was there every day to check on the progress and make sure I was happy. Chris, Juan, and their crew were very respectful of me and my property, and they completed the project quickly (8 calendar days, 7 work days) to my satisfaction. I will certainly hire them again when it comes time for future projects on my home.
