Zach was first to arrive and noted we had a bathroom exhaust fan to replace and the need for a whole-home surge protector. Zach checked our electrical first, as a good diagnostic first step, and discovered a voltage drop. I decided to hold off on that for a short time. Evan arrived and wasted no time in removing the existing bath fan/light and installing the new unit. Following the bathroom, Evan installed the whole-house surge protector. Zach and Evan were not only professional and knowledgeable but also extremely courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure having these gentlemen do my work, and I have no hesitation in calling Over the Moon for further electrical work.

We at minimum make every homeowner aware of any findings or concerns while on site. The work completed is always authorized by the homeowner before completion.

Did not perform what we asked for. Then proceeded to sell us more than we expected. Charged double what another company later estimated what the job should have cost. The website states you donâ  t pay until satisfied. Technician wouldnâ  t leave until paid, even when I asked for the work to be verified. 2 days later guy came out. I voiced concern over price, and was told that it is what it is. NEVER AGAIN!
Hi Mike, After review of your appointment you called our tech out to review for a post light that was not working. While our tech was doing vitals he found the switch for the post light and tested the light and observed the light working. We are not sure how we did not perform what was asked for. It does not state on our website that you don't pay until satisfied, It does state that "If you aren?t satisfied with the quality of the work, don?t hesitate to give us a call so that we can make it right." The concern you stated to us with the price was that we had one install tech take care of the work and it was explained that we are not an hourly nor a time and material company and everything is priced per what is needed not for time or man power to complete.
Extremely disappointed with this company. I called to have some basic lights installed in my basement. A tech came and said I needed to pay $350 to assess my current electrical outlets and voltage drops. I paid them and he left 30 mins later without doing anything. He was unable to provide me with a quote for the job I called them for, putting lights in. I called another electrical company who came and said there was nothing wrong with my electrical outlets or voltage drops and everything was up to code. I cant believe Over The Moon fooled me into paying them for nothing. SO UPSETTING! Bunch of crooks!
Hi Yulia, We did come out to your home and did find some concerns with the electrical we did our best to accommodate your scheduling restrictions to be able to go over all options with you. Since you had to leave in the beginning of the appointment and we could only work with the nanny, our service tech did take care of a basement outlet and do an connections analysis. Which was then conveyed over the phone since we could not finish working with you in person. We did schedule a follow up with you next business day during after your work hours with our Field Supervisor at no additional cost but you had then cancelled so we could not finish providing the full services and options to you for not only the lights you requested but the voltage drop found within the home.
