Dan and Scott "double-teamed" the work and did an excellent job. Our house is a 90-year-old farm house with poured concrete foundation and plaster walls, very difficult to work with. They were efficient and cleaned up very well after. We will be scheduling more.

Both Joe's were very friendly and professional during my furnace inspection and tune-up. They described what they would be doing during the inspection and tune-up and also made some suggestions of some upgrades for my heating system. Great service from them both and In Phase Electric & Air!

I can say that they were convenient, and offered service in 24 hours. That's all. The two electricians (one was apprentice, I think) were fine, no complaints there. The project: Relocate two duplex outlets in the basement, and install two new ones on an adjacent wall. Easy access to the wiring box in the ceiling, and they could make the connections there, without going to the breaker box. Other electricians were scheduling three weeks out, or longer. My wife wanted it done quickly. My primary kvetch: They cost 5 times what a licensed electrician would charge. I ended up paying $1,800 for less than a half-day's work for the electrician and apprentice. Other licensed electricians would have done exactly the same work for about $350.

Hello Russ, glad you saw the value in us getting to your home the day you requested and we did send two background checked, licensed electricians with a fully stocked truck to your home and got the job done that day. We also pulled an electrical permit and would like to set that up for you, but received no dates from you to make sure our work got inspected. This project was completed in May and you had great things to say during that time of our visit when we followed up with you, in fact you gave us a 5 star rating. We are not sure why now it is negative? Before our team does any work, we require the customer to look over everything and understand that straightforward price. We also offer price match to any other company as long as they have the same warranties and guarantees we offer our valued customer. Our main mission at the time of service is that our customers are satisfied with the work, they are safe, and the work is completed to code. Please call our office to clarify any misunderstandings you may have on the work that was performed back in May.
