I am confident he provided the service your appliance needed as well as to give you a peace of mind that it is safe. I understand the frustration of a higher than expected bill though. That is why we offer straightforward pricing before any work is performed to make sure you are fully aware what will take place that day. I recently had In Phase Electric come into my home for 3 small projects I had including the installation of a new celling fan, replace a light wall switch with a dimmer wall switch and repair my doorbell. The electrician (Dan) arrived on time as scheduled, was very knowledgable, polite and did an EXCELLENT job. He also provided a written estimate to me to install under cabinet lighting in my kitchen. I would definitely use In Phase Electric for future electrical work in my home and would recommend them to friends and family.

We offer options for our customers to choose from to best fit their budget and needs on the projects. If there are any questions, we are always happy to answer them before any work is started. We always want our customers to feel happy with our company in every aspect. We also want to take care of our customers and give them a peace of mind knowing they are in good hands and safe.
This company has very high prices, please get multiple bids before hiring them! They brag about a warranty and customer service, and then price gouge and offer financing. They also charged $59 for a bid, unlike any other company I contacted. We ended up paying another highly rated company about 1/5th what In Phase bid, got more work done, and passed our inspection without a problem. I contacted them to explain that their $59 fee and crazy high bid wasted my time, they have not even tried to communicate or refund the money we wasted.

Scott did a great job explaining what he was going to do and why he was doing it. The office staff does a great job with communication/appointment reminders. One small criticism is they do a little too much up-selling, but it's nothing high pressure.
