I don’t really have a comparison for value for money. I can speak for what I believe to be quality workmanship. They also found issues with my wiring that they were able to repair. I had spa wiring installed and connected and also had them wire for a backup generator. Both technicians were great to talk to and were happy to explain things at my level of understanding.

The tech was professional and did all the right things, he was on time. The service to repair 2 wall switches that were related to the same problem took about 75 minutes. Material cost for 2 switches retail should have been about $50-$60. I was charged $680 for this repair. This included a $59 trip charge. I think the total bill was outrageous and about 3 times what it should have been. Buyer beware.

I initially contracted for a relatively small project. But during the routine safety inspection, we found a significant safety issue. In Phase worked with me on the issue, gave me a fair estimate, and worked to get the repair scheduled very quickly. They did a great job and I would work with them again.
