In Phase is an extremely professional company. From messages to remind you of the appointment to a personal text from the technician when he is on his way. There is nothing I can think of that they could do better.

Joe was great at going over options what has to be done explaining how the process works. Something little to add that I really appreciate Joe put shoe covers on when waking around the house. I have been shocked to see how many companies don t do that

When our siding contractors reinstalled all of our electrical boxes and outlets, thing started shorting out, that is when we called InPhase. Joe was able to locate major issues on the contractors work. He brought everything up to code. Joe was extremely thorough. He went through every detail, with us, then with our siding foreman, and again with the company owner. I felt he was very honest and wanted to make sure we understood they only do high quality work and stand behind their jobs completely. We had such a good experience we are also using them for HVAC and Duct Cleaning.
