Anthony was professional in his presentation and quote process. The crew was fast and very customer orientated, worked excellent as a team. Devan was courteous and confirmed the work was done accurately. Overall, an excellent home improvement project that was very much appreciated.

The new roof looks awesome. This company was amazing from the sales to the install team. Justin was very clear about what was in the roofing package that I got and the production team of devan, lauren, and Walter were very kind and efficient!

Calista started the process by contacting me about needing a new roof. She knew her product and gif an excellent job explaining the process. We decided to give home genius a try with the free estimate. Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. Quick and efficient is how Iâ d describe the workmanship. The roof looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. I give a 5 star rating for the entire process and will highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors

Andy was my sales rep, he was a very genuine person, and was very professional. Home Genius Exteriors was my first estimate and I didnâ t bother to get a second because of the presentation and information that Andy gave me. Devan the project manager came to my home late at night to listen to my concerns and to make sure I was comfortable with the project I had completed. This to me shows character in the Employees that HGE hires.

Everything was great! Roof, gutters, and windows all done and couldnâ t be happier. Lauren the production coordinator was very very nice and helped get everything scheduled and the rest of the production team of mike, devan, and Walter were all very kind and professional.

Devan and Walter the Project Managers were very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. Lauren was also very responsive and helpful when scheduling my project. Ezra was knowlagable and personally and explained the purchase I was making.

The roofing crew was fantastic. They listened to all of my concerns and took care of them. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction. The whole neighborhood loves the roof! Huge thanks to Ezra, Walter, and Lauren for making this process very easy.

Everybody was very friendly and efficient. The sales rep, Tim, was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. The install crew lead by Walter the project manager was very efficient and did a great job. Very pleased with the new roof and canâ t wait for the gutters and siding!

The process started out great with the salesman Ezra,who was very in formative and professional. Did a great job explaining the process and material. Then I was more impressed when the crew completed my project in only one day. Devan the Project Manager was absolutely AMAZING. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He made sure we were informed and constantly in communication answering all questions and concerns me and my neighbors had. Even going as far as to play with my grandson to make him feel comfortable. Devan was also out in the rain double checking for nails and debris in my elderly neighbors yard. I am beyond impressed with the very personable employees that this company employs. This was a amazing experience with a wonderful people with a top quality company. Highly recommend home genius exteriors.
