It was easy to work with home genius. They were very punctual and responded well to every question. The crew worked very efficiently and finished the roof in less than a day. Over all love the new roof.

We were pleasantly pleased with the attention all of the crew gave to the job. Our house is a French Mansard and was a large challenging job as we had been dealing with leaks for years. All preventitive measures were installed to ensure that there would be no more leaks. All were responsive to our many questions and concerns. Walter, the Project Manager, was on site for most of the project. Overall home genius did a great job

Everyone was very professional we had a very pleasant experience. Brendan explained everything in detail very well. Lauren the project coordinator was very helpful in scheduling our project. Walter and mike the project managers were very informative during the installation. Overall we love the roof very much.

The sales man Daryl was very very thorough. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and I cannot say enough about this young man. He made sure that every thing was explained to me and I felt very comfortable moving forward with the company because of him. The install of the roof went very well and they even had to work on Sunday to finish. I love the new roof and Iâ m very pleased with the whole process.

The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project.
