The sales rep Ezra was awesome. He made sure that we were comfortable with everything and explained the whole process well. The project manager Walter kept us updated throughout the whole install and everything went very smooth. Over all would recommend this company.

Great company to work with. I had seamless gutters and all the fascia boards and trim, capped. The project manager, Devan, answered all my questions and let me know what to expect. Aaron, who lead the crew doing the work, was very professional. Other than how wonderful my house looks now, they left no trace of being here. The workmanship is spot on! I would recommend them highly!

Everything was very easy. The sales rep Caleb did a wonderful job explaining everything for us and was very nice. The install team of lauren and Walter Informed us of the project start date and time and made sure that every question throughout the install was answered. Would definitely recommend this company.

Crew was on time. Fast and efficient completing in just one day. Andy the salesman was very personable and knowledgeable working with us to stay within our budget. Then Devan the project manager was very thorough. Taking the time to answer all of our questions. Making sure at the end of the project that we were nothing but satisfied. Overall Home Genius Exteriors was an amazing experience.

From the estimate to the day of the job, they always showed up on time and we're very open and communicative during the entire process. They got me on the schedule quickly, called ahead to confirm and showed up the day/time they were supposed to to start the job. They were able to get the roof done and everything cleaned up the same day, even with some bad weather popping up. Had an issue pop up with the roof decking that was unexpected (which nobody enjoys) but they can't be blamed for the shortcuts the original home builder made. They were upfront with the options and associated costs and still completed the job in the same day regardless even though it meant working into the evening. Had another minor mishap but they took responsibility and are making it right. Those kind of things happen so no issues there. The roof does look great and the workmanship looks good (from what I can tell from the ground). Overall would recommend.
