Initially we were not notified ahead of time of the arrival of the materials. They arrived early and banged on the door, my wife had to answer the door in her robe. After that things went pretty smoothly. The crew showed up promptly and got right to work. There was not much communication with the crew, since they didnâ t speak English much. The forman did speak English and that was fine; however, a change in the flashing appearance on our front porch roof could have been better communicated as to why it was changed, and the benefit of the change. Overall good job, thanks.

The lack of communication and follow-up with issues has been a really trying experience for me. I am still waiting for a resolution on an issue. The roof itself looks great, but the promise to handle issues has yet to be determined.

Daryl the sales rep went through the initial process thoroughly and explained everything about the project. Lauren made sure the scheduling went smoothly. There was an issue with the dumpster placement at first and she was able to take care of it right away. Walter and his crew exceptional throughout the installation of the roof and answered any questions I had throughout that project. I would highly recommend the crew and home genius exteriors.

I'm very pleased with my new roof. The estimator was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions/concerns & courteous. Installers did a great job & cleaned up when they were done. Project manager kept me informed each step of the process. He used a drone to take pictures of the finished roof. He too was knowledgeable & courteous. This project exceeded my expectations. The project was completed one week after the estimate.
