It had started to rain, But the workers would not leave until they put every thing back like it was before. this rain was so hard that the workers were ringing out their shirts. that is real caring for the customer..

They completed the entire roofing project in two days time. However, the inside trim work around the skylights has been delayed for three weeks. The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see.

My experience with Home Genius was excellent from start to finish. PROMPT, CLEAN UP AFTER WAS OUTSTANDING. HAD AN ISSUE WITH CORNERS OF ROOF, IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF TO MY SATISFACTION.

Carefully read the contract and have it checkedby your attorney before signing. There are no siscouts for seniors or veterns. Ask questions before you sign. Presentation and represenation are great but working through their system can be a harrowing experience. The job looks great however roof. chimney flashing, the sky light even though it was not placed where I indicated I wanted it... the gutters and downspouts aren't done yet...clean up is great but the dumpster is still sitting on the street in front of the house.Overall I'm satisfied and it looks great.

They were very nice, but I had alittle difficulty when it came to understanding the amount of money I gave to them and the amount I still owed.I had to communicate with three different people before it was finally straightened out.Afterwards, the majority of the project was done.A week later, my final issues, such as final cleanup was addressed.

This company cares. They put people above profit. I was in a bad situation, after a nasty winter my roof seemed to be disintegrating before my eyes. It went really fast. Then Daryl stepped up to help me out of a difficult situation. Within hours they expedited the crew, and Walter and Lauren ordered materials and made my roof a priority. Now with three days of rain coming I know my house is protected and it looks gorgeous.

If you want a company who excels in all aspects of a job, these are your guys. From Darryl (inspector, estimator) to Lauren (scheduler) to Walter (project mgr.) to installers, all went above and beyond. Contacted on Friday and job completed on Tuesday! Great job guys!
