The guy has made two trips and he still has not finished the job. It's only adjusting the door! I have not heard back from him even though he said he would come back and finish the job.

Had a bit of a schedule issue between the dispatcher and the actual tradesman who showed up at my door in the beginning. Yet the project turned out with good results, was on estimate, on time and cleanly finished as explained originally.

John, a carpenter, was sent to fix wood siding on my house that had rotten due to water damage, as well as a patio cover that had similar damaged wood. He was courteous, did most of his work, but it turned out that there was more damaged siding than found during his initial evaluation. As such, he did not fix everything (I was to rehire him for the remainder, which I haven't gotten fixed yet). That which he did fix was done ok, but not fantastic. The joints where he applied putty and painted have cracked and it is obvious where it has been patched. I will need to sand, patch and repaint it myself.

This work was done in December of 2010 and this is the first time that we have heard that there was a problem with the work. We give a one year written guarantee on our labor but we can't help if the customer doesn't contact us. We have called this customer to offer to fix his problem but he doesn't call back.
