John himself was a pleasure to work with. He helped us connect to a local handyman. Unfortunately, the first handyman assigned didn't work out well. He arrived at the designated time and called my cell phone. I missed the call and returned it 5 minutes later. The handyman left and refused to come back. John found another handyman, Thomas. He worked out a plan and scheduled a time that would work for both of us. Our door is now fixed, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone else.

Gilbert Caudillo was plumber I worked with. Very intelligent, good questions and suggestions, worked very efficiently, extremely honest. I will request him in the future as plumbing issues arise.

Jim Waterhouse called promptly after my request, he is friendly and articulate. He quoted us $200 and finished the work in half the time expected for only $100. He called to ask if we had certain parts for the job (anticipated our needs) and arrived on time. He did a wonderful job completing three projects in record time. He also showed me how each project was being fixed, and was very friendly. I completely trust him and will certainly call him again as well as recommend him to friends! If I could give more stars, I would! (First time home owner, first time handy man user)
