Handyman Connection of Pasadena

1 and 1/2 to 2 hours late each day. Now a 2 day job is turning into a 4 day job. However, he did come back and fix something that we were not pleased with, so I am upgrading the rating. AND the final job appears to be well done. However, almost $700 to install new shower hardware seems excessive.

They were easy to work with. They worked around my schedule. They followed up with me regarding delays with the project. They were very nice and professional. I am pleased with the work and overall experience.

Handyman Connection was awesome! I talked to John on a Monday and the work was done first thing on Wednesday. Tommy came to our house and installed 3 grab bars in our bathroom, two of them on tile in the shower. He was fast, super friendly, totally professional, and cleaned up when he finished. The price was really reasonable but I was most impressed with the quality of the work and how great Tommy was. My wife is recovering from a stroke and he took the time to let her decide how high each one should be. He'd install one then let her come in and figure out the placement that worked best for her. Tommy + Handyman Connection ROCK!

This vendor who supplies experienced people were organized. They provided the follow up needed to ensure that you were acknowledged, informed of the handyman, and lastly that the recommended handyman showed up. I hired the handyman and he is just begun the work. I will follow up with a final comment when the work is complete. Thanks Handyman Connection.

He did the job well and very fast. The cost was somewhat high.

He was on time and did good work. He was missing a tool that he needed to complete the job but improvised to get the job done. The only reason he didn't get 5 stars is that I thought they were a little expensive for the work that was done and he was a little messy while doing the job. However, this would not keep me from hiring again.

My experience with the Handyman Connectiion was one of the worse experiences I have ever had with any worker. When this gentleman arrived, and I explained the problem, he began to work. A few minutes into the project , I realized that he had NO idea of what to do. I allowed him to get himself into a real mess, and after half an hour or so, he told me that I needed new parts and he did not know when he could get them. At this point, I told him to cease and desist. Actually, by this time he had made the problem worse. He charged me $65.00 for messing up the job and left. I called another person and he came right away and fixed it.
