We had a pretty significant leak into one of our ground level condo units, that appeared to be flowing into the unit through some hairline cracks in a drain which occurred early in the rainy season in 2023. He was very professional and gave an honest assessment of the situation and a few options for repairing the problem. He communicated with us very well and gave us a timeline as to completion of the project. Everything was done very professionally and with as little bother to us as possible. I am happy to report that we are over a year since he has completed repairs, and his work kept us completely dry during all of the crazy, crazy rains we had in Pasadena in early 2024.
