Reviews
Write a ReviewExcellent. Prompt, affordable pricing, great service, workmanship :)
He gave me a price out the door. We had settled on that and i gave him the job because of that, but the price kept going up and i really did not appreciate that.
Our price for labor to do this job never changed. Our contract clearly states that materials are not included. We can provide a rough estimate for what materials may cost at the supplier but it is not a quotation. The materials that he chose cost more than what the craftsman thought they would be. This is why we do not quote materials prices in our quotation. We do not provide materials, we only purchase them or pick them up for the customer.
Even though I didn't choose this company for my project, I have to say they were extremely friendly and on time. My only regret was not going with them from the beginning.
Handyman arrived in a timely manner assessed the situation. Got materials needed and completed job
very friendly and did a good job of fixing my door
John did a very nice job. It was as good or better than expected.
Extremely expensive! Mediocre work. I bought 2 pairs of closet doors at Home Depot, for $140. Then 2 men came to install them, for $240. The workers were there for only 45 minutes. That means each man was earning $160 / hour labor. I find that amazing. They would have left all their scrap materials behind if I had not instructed them to take the trash with them. One of the metal frames of one door was cut too short, so that there is an unwanted gap between it and the wall, and it looks ragged.
This service was not up to our standards. This craftsman no longer works for the company.
Handyman Connection was the first and only company that called me through this website. They were able to send out their employee within 2 hours of the phone call ending. I was quoted an average price, was hoping for something a bit lower but it wasn't too bad. Their work was pretty good (I had 4 drywall holes that needed patching). 3 out of the 4 holes are unrecognizable however the 4th hole didn't turn out as well as the others. Overall I think they did a good job at a reasonable price. Their technician was very nice and hard working. Did a good job cleaning up after himself each day.
professional, fast, courteous.
John returned my initial call within an hour and was able to accomodate my schedule in sending over Jay and Chris to quote a bath and kitchen remodel the same day! Impressive. Also impressive was the quote we received for the work. Very reasonable. We are hiring Handyman Connection for both jobs. Looking forwarding to working with Jay and Chris next month.
