Handyman did not prepare the work area so as to confine the mess. No covering of beds from sanding dust or putting down paper for walking path.Hurried at the end of the job so as good at end of projects as at the beginning.

Professional and courteous workers. We had dated, ugly paneled walls clad with 1/4" drywall, taped, patched, sanded and painted. Excellent work at a fair price. My only caveat is that although they do a variety of jobs, from "Honey-Do's" (that your Honey will not do) to light construction, HC's pros are not necessarily specialists in every area. I asked about tiling over a small area of existing ceramic tile and was told it wasn't possible. After subsequently speaking to a tiling contractor as well as a tile store owner I was informed that if done properly, tiling directly over existing ceramic itself is not a problem as long as the added height doesn't create issues such as interfering with door closure. We also had some plumbing work to be done, which our HC pro said he could do but after talking to 2 plumbers we felt this was a job best done by a specialist. All that said, we will hire them again for the right jobs. Great customer support from HC's main office too.

Had a somewhat odd job; a small gate attached to a concrete wall had been dislodged. I had a tough time figuring out who to call. The job was really too small for a fence/gate company, but I had serious concerns that a general handyman could correctly re-mount the gate. Handyman Connection doesn't just send out the next available person. They pair you with someone who knows the job. And 24 hours later, not only was the job done perfectly and professionally, but he threw in one additional repair that make the gate more secure and easier to use. Very satisfied. We will definitely call again.
