I first received information from Phoenix Pool and deck by email, which is what I requested. I then made contact by phone and an agreement was reached. Snow removal began the next day. It has been a very good experience and I would recommend Phoenix Pool and Deck for residential snow removal needs

Matt responded quickly to my call for snow removal service. That day, he went to my house to estimate the type of service needed. He immediately went to work removing the accumulated snow AND applied salt because of the built-up ice. His customer service skills are exemplary, and the completed snow removal service definitely deserves a 5-star rating! Matt appears to really care about the service he provides. I highly recommend this company. I found Servicemagic through a google search, and I couldn't be happier with their service. I would certainly use this service again when I'm searching for other home service providers.

Matt was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend his company to a friend. I like to put on 2 covers on our in-ground pool (1 for pool protection and 1 for safety of children walking on it). I explained that he only had to put the one on and my son from college would do the second, but Matt offered to do both! He did a great job! I feel safe that when I open up in the spring that I'll be very pleased. Thanks Matt!!
