Matt knows what he's doing and he's very courteous. I certainly will use him again if necessary. My only suggestion for improvement is that he be more prompt with returning phone calls, and/or calling to reschedule if he can't make an appointment.

Matt called me within 1 1/2 of submitting the request. He was very friendly and fit me into his schedule for today. Within 3 hours I received a call back from Matt, telling me that the problem was fixed and that my pool heater was running. He took time to explain what was wrong and how he repaired it. He even offered me free phone consults if I had other problems with my pool. I have had some bad experiences in the pass with repair men, but Matt renewed my faith in good people. I would recommend him to anyone with a pool!

Matt contacted me the day of my request and was able to fit our pool cleaning project into his schedule in a very timely manner. He did a great job and paid attention to every detail. We will definitely have him back for future pool maintenance needs.
