Matt replaced a pool heater part, only to have it fail a few weeks later. He returned to replace the part (under warranty) and then encountered another problem that required another trip. All issues were resolved at no additional cost to me.

Matt was professional, efficient, and very thorough. Only problem, not good with communicating if going to be late . His quality of work made up for it though.
