Took Matt over 3 weeks to complete the small project. Never showed up, lots of excuses. He was cheap - guess we got what we paid for.

This is not a small project! There is approximately 50,000 gallons to drain from a gazing pond/pool. There is no true low spot in the pool making it very difficult to remove all of the water as desired. I apologize for the time that it took to complete the project. We were swamped trying to get pools ready for Memorial Day and make sure that people having pool parties could swim. This is not typical of our work! Again, I apologize that I let you down.
