We hired Grasshopper last October 22 to winterize our irrigation system. Upon opening up the system this spring we discovered a substantial leak due to the improper winterizing of the system. When we spoke with Courtney. She assured me that if we had our plumber remove the part ($ 750.00) and reinstall a new one, they would reimburse us the cost of the part. We did that and now they are refusing to reimburse us. We asked to speak with the owner or manager and was denied that opportunity. If you want to incur unnecessary expenses and deal with a company that does not stand by their work, then hire them. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
