We hired Grasshopper Irrigation to install our irrigation system. Being new homeowners we were tired of dragging hoses. We recieved a free estimate, and out of all that came in, Grasshopper was well within our price range. Included in the estimate was also preparations for financing. The office manager is super friendly and very fast with communicating any changes as well as advanced planning for schedules. DigSafe was notified and our property was marked out. Grasshopper included their plumber in the cost for the install. The installation was exceptional. The staff is clean cut, professional, and very experienced. They arrived early, and pounded the whole thing out in a couple hours.. well beyond what we had anticipated. 5 zones installed, and cleaned up in no time. All instruction on use was provided . I would highly recommend Grasshopper for all irrigation service

I hired Dennis to install my new sprinkler system, Although the project started out a little rough they were more than willing to fix a few items and even had the willingness to put grass seed down and made sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Beverly the office manager was very pleasant to speak with and always stayed on top of informing me of schedules etc.

Dennis and the crew were extremely flexible when I came to them with last minute changes. And when I say last minute, I mean Sunday afternoon on a holiday with the install scheduled for the next morning. I needed two additional dead-ended zones put in for possible future use, and instead of just dead-ending them, they put in two faucets. They even replaced a line to a faucet line running to the pool which was previously a buried hose. Today, two weeks after install, the controller is only partially recognizing one of the zones (can set the zone's watering time, but not put the zone into the program). They will be here Monday. How can you ask for better service.
