The installation was quick and painless. They installed a 5 zone system in a single morning and were gone around lunch time. They showed me how the controls worked once the system was installed. The price of the plumber was included in their quote as well. I would have liked some feedback and buy-in to the zone planning prior to the work, however. I understand how this can be problematic as some customer demands may not be reasonable or financially feasible, but a cursory overview of the zone plan would have been appreciated. Given my knowledge of the water drainage around my yard and sun exposure, I could have provided feedback to make a more optimized system. Some of the head choices I do not believe were optimal for some of my smaller, oddly shaped areas, but I think a "perfect" solution would have been much more expensive (more heads) and their system is perfectly reasonable for the price. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result. They were by far the best value of the three quotes I received for the job.

I have a very large yard and have had many contractors price the job Grasshopper was hired because of there experience and price he knew exactly what I needed when everyone else was off on the amount of sprinkler heads needed plus the other contractors where way out there on price. If you want it down correctly and save some money call Grasshopper the best in there business!!!

The customer service and pricing were excellent, but the installers left a bit of a mess, which was disappointing. Otherwise, very happy with Grasshoper.

I was given an estimate for 6 zones but they installed 7 zones for better coverage. They showed up early and completed the whole project by 2 pm. I called them for some sprinkler heads adjustments and a tech camelback early in the morning to do it. I would definitely use grasshopper again and refer them to my friends.
