Very helpful. The guys came out on time, evaluated the issues with my existing system and walked me through what needed to be done to get it working again. They were up front about the price. I had tried to use 2 other sprinkler companies and none were responsive. Dennis called right away and gave me a good initial impression. I'll be using Grasshopper for all my future needs.

After sprinker sytem was installed, on the entire strip where they ran the pipes the grass died. The ladscaper said that this was because grasshopper didn't Compact the soil. I called them including the owner Dennis few times no answer.

The landscape has no idear what he is talking about. The soil is very hard packed and rock. This custmor should have install system before sod was installed.
