Prompt and professional service call
It is great.
I hired Grasshopper to install a sprinkler system for my garden on May 3, 2014 and the installation came with a written 2 year labor and part warranty. So in July 2015, i called in a tech to make some adjustments of the sprinkler heads to get better coverage for my lawn and plants, since they installed much fewer sprinkler heads than the owner promised on the installation estimate. The tech came and made some adjustments. This work should be totally covered by the 2 year warranty, but the owner still charged me and sent me the bill anyway. I called owner Dennis and customer service person Beverly and both are extremely rude and refused to honor the warranty. I refused to pay since the work should be completely covered by the 2 year warranty. Beverly is totally incompetent. She can not remember anything she said and messed up my appointments dates and time each and every time. Don't use this company if you don't want to be ripped off by a rude owner that shortchanges you on sprinkler heads and zones, and who will never even honor his own signed written warranty.
This customer got everything we promised. She canceled her service had another company winterize her system. Once someone else service the system our warranty is voided. After a landscape company winterized system she called us in the spring for 2 winter damage broken heads and adjustments. Not a warranty issue. She needs to understand the difference between warranty and winter damage. We have great review's so guess you can't please everyone. We have 146 5 star reviews. Yo can call any of them and they will give us the best Reviews.

This is a very professional company that I would highly recommend. It was a pleasure to do business with them. They did just what they promised thoroughly reviewing my system sprinkler head by head and repairing what was needed in a very timely manner. I'm very happy with their service and plan to use them in the future.
I have over 8 zones spread across 0.5 acres and the team came at about 7:30 am and was done at 2:00 pm the same day. Front, back, plumbing, control system with full internet and phone control. I had a few trouble spots that I knew of with roots and rocks and the team got it done. What really stood out to me was the communication workflows from the booking, emails, estimates, then emails with pictures of who was going to show up and many other steps that nobody else I contacted about the same job even offered. It was just how Grasshopper did business and they didn't even refer to it as "extra" even though it certainly was compared to the other vendors out there.
I want to thank grasshopper and their crew who were amazing, especially 90 deg day. They were extremely professional, hard working and totally satisfied. 3 days after installation 2 guys came back, did a complete walk through and added and moved some heads to my satisfaction, simply amazing at no cost. Only of the best hires I have ever experienced. Thank you!
