Dennis and his crew came out on time, with PLENTY of workers to get the job done in a timely manner. These guys were prepared, knew how the sprinklers were going to be laid out ahead of time, and got the job done in about 4 hours or so. I would absolutely recommend Grasshopper Irrigation 100% to anybody looking to install a new sprinkler system. Even if you are just looking for service, these guys are efficient, knowledgeable, and will get your system taken care of in no time.

Quick and courteous response to my inquiry. Were able to come to turn on and inspect existing sprinkler system the very next day after our initial phone conversation. The young man who came was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He was able to complete the job in no time. I liked that they followed up the phone conversation and service by email. I had been using the company that had installed the system to turn on, inspect, and winterize for years, but they had gotten far too expensive. Decided to try someone new. Pleased with Grasshopper's service so far. Cost seems to be reasonable and competitive.

Contractor responded promptly to my request for an estimate and provided both email and hard copy estimate. Followed up with me about any questions. Between booking the date and the actual work I called and emailed them a few times with questions and they were always very responsive. Install was yesterday and the men were very professional.

I hired Grasshopper Irrigation to start up and trouble shoot my sprinkler system. Tech showed up 3 hours late during thunder/lighting and down pouring rain at 7pm. Told him I did not expect him and that I did not think he would be able to do the job I hired him to do under the conditions. He agreed instead to simply repair 4 heads that I knew to need replacing for a fee of $50 per rotary and $22 per spray, and that he would leave the order open so he could return to assess entire system. I received a bill for the changed heads as agreed but I was also charged for the start up troubleshooting that was not done. Dennis refused to come back and finish the job.

I had them install 44 heads across 10 zones. They showed up with a crew of 5 people and all were very friendly and professional. They spent a good 8 hours making the install and adjusting the heads. Everything went as planned. A

The install crew was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the work they did installing my sprinkler system. Everyone I worked with from the owner to the office manager and crew were awesome to work with. I would highly recommend Grasshopper Irrigation to everyone.
