His bid was $1000 less than everyone else, and did it in a shorter time. So far it seems to be working fine, I suppose the quality of the job will be evident in the years to come. But so far, no complaints. Pleasant to work with, seemed to do a fine job. Uses Rainbird equipment.

The Reason we are $1000 cheaper is we have a deal with the builder. We have done 34 systems on the street in this new sub-division.

Started well with the original estimate. Dennis Hoffman is a great salesman. Initial work last fall went well or so it seemed until this spring. Final work needed to be completed and was, but poorly. Whilte I have completely paid for the work, my calls go unanswered. I have even written a quite clear letter regarding the errors in the system, the rain sensor, the areas not be watered, plants being choked, and why drip isn't for every garden. I have been unable to get any attention regarding service. I assume they are busy with new estimates, I suggest it not be yours.

Well this custmor no one could ever please. We did all she asked for. We installed a brand new system she was very happy. Then we got a call in spring asked if we could add drip for her beds. We installed a drip zone for here beds. She said she didn't like the look of it and it was not the right thing for her beds. Well being an irrigation installer for over 20 years it is the best for her garden.

I was very impressed from the day Dennis came to give me a proposal for my sprinkler system to the day he completed it. I did not have to wait to get a proposal, as he gave it to me the day he came. I had to wait for two weeks to get other proposals. I would highly recommend Grasshopper Irrigation.

Dennis completed the job according to the estimate provided. He installed a couple more sprinkler heads at no extra cost. He was done in a matter of a few hours for my huge lawn. Highly recommend.

The billed invoice was very different ( too high ) from agreed contract amount. After a phone call, owner agreed to change the invoice amount, close to the amount first agreed.

We gave our base service call price over the phone. When we got to the house we did more work then we quoted.

They were extremely accomodating and professional. I even asked for them to so an extra task and they completed without any problem. Thank you Grasshopper and I will contact you in the spring for my irrigation and landscape lighting needs
