First Choice Roof Service

They did a thorough job. They got rid of the moss on the roof, applied moss kill, and cleaned around the house. Just not too enthusiastic about the communication, especially through phone calls.

I recommend this company.

They prefer to get paid right away and a lot of mess from my roof left on the ground around the house

Tim was a terrific communicator both in getting us a very reasonable estimate for my roof cleaning project and answering my questions regarding the estimate. He even gave us a generous discount on the cost when he asked to move our project date up by a few days. Neilson and his assistant came out , were courteous and efficient. WIth the homes in our West Seattle neighborhood so close, a neighbor was frustrated by moss and sediment coming into his yard as they were cleaning. Neilson offered to clean up anything that had been washed over the fence...a good business gesture. I would definitely go back to Tim -- honorable, solid communicator, with a proficient crew . The project, moss cleaning, is even guaranteed for 4 years!

They did a great job cleaning up the roof, still noto sure if it was 100% well done until I we get rain.

First Choice sent their employee Fabio to do the work and he did a fantastic job. I am very pleased and intend to use them for all my roofing needs.

Efficient and a job well done

Only one of three HomeAdvisor matched vendors who actually called me and provided an estimate. Since my roof had an active leak, they were able to perform the work within a couple days and did so all while it was raining and windy. Fixed the leak and replaced several other shingles in a different area.

Quick response and quote. They were able to do the repair and cleaning two days after I accepted their bid. The cost was very fair and good value for quality service.

Tim was honest fair and up front. His group did the work quickly, professionally and well, and cleaned up their mess when they were done.
