The day I requested info from Home Advisor's, 1st Choice had a very competitive quote in my inbox and on my front porch! The day of the cleaning, Leonardo arrived promptly and did an incredible job. Whatever he is paid isn't enough! He was thorough, did an incredible job and his cleanup was especially commendable. He represents 1st Choice and himself with professionalism and an extremely strong work ethic. I recommend 1st Choice to you without reservation.

We were very pleased with the professional way that First Choice (Shaun) presented their estimate and the setting up of the time to do the job. The man sent to do the work was (Leonardo) who, was very pleasant very efficient and thorough in his effort to make our roof look "new again". We were so impressed with his attention to care for our surrounding plants and outdoor furnishings. Yay! to First Choice! and Yay! for us.

Very pleased with the job that Leonardo did. He cleaned our concrete tiles while on the roof and did a thorough job. The last company we used cleaned many of the lower tiles while on a ladder, which resulted in a few roof leaks, as the water went under the tiles. I would definitely use this company again.

Roof was starting to look pretty bad. No walk-through appointment was needed. Firstchoice mailed and emailed a written quote that was lower than other quotes. Roof cleaning was performed in a timely manner. When we got home from work, the roof looked almost brand new and there was no visible signs that the work had been done other then the clean condition of the roof.
