they were professional and curtious. they said they recommended Iget my vents sanitized but were not pushy about it, I would hire them in the future.

They were 45 minutes later than our scheduled time. The did call however, to let me know they were running late. I was given one price over the phone but when they got there they wanted to DOUBLE the costs. Needless to say I was quite upset because they did not ASK me over the phone the necessary details to quote the original price. Also, I was told over the phone the service would take 2-3 hours and they were there for less than one hour. I would not recommend them and don't feel they did a good job of cleaning the systems in my home.

My ducts had not been cleaned for 10 years. David explained the process and what was needed. In addition to cleaning I opted to sanitize and the whole house feels better and my wife is not sneezing as much.

I called them first thing in the morning and they came right out. I could not afford the total service but they performed it anyway for me with a discount. The head tech was so personable and kind. They also explained everything very well and made sure to clean up.
