They were very professional. Did a thorough job. Workers were courteous and advised me of all the steps they were taking to complete the job. They took time to give me instructions on how to keep the duct cleaning maintained. I will definitely use them again.

I think the guys, Tom and Phillip, did a good job. They were polite and answered questions. I thought the price included the dryer vent but it didn't so I added that on and they did a good job....except as with other reviews that I read...they didn't clean up the dryer lint outside. After I specifically asked Phillip if they would clean that up. I came home and looked under my deck and there it was! Lint still under the deck.... I think in the future they need to see that this a reoccurring complaint when this company comes out. They cleaned up in the rest of the house. They should put furniture back when they move it though.

All of the folks we've worked with have had great customer service. The first team that came out didn't seem to accomplish everything and we left a poor initial review. The owner called us almost immediately and sent a new team out. Tom and his team were great! They did a thorough review of the previous work and addressed every issue. They went above and beyond and made recommendations without pushing the sale of other work. Everyone deserves a second chance and we're glad we gave Fair Duct one!
