We had bad mold issues which was the reason for having the work done. They went above what I expected. No more dust and hopefully no more mold. Time will tell on that.

I did have a complaint about the 1st Duct Cleaning performed. The owner sent his best crew back out, and performed a complete new Duct Cleaning at no charge.

Very upset with the person I spoke with on the phone. This was my first time cleaning the air ducts and I was told the ducts would be cleaned and sanitized. When the Tech arrived he told me no, that was not included. I called back and the gentlemen who took the call stated I DID NOT TELL YOU THAT. Not pleased with the customer service. was told it would take 3 hours he was here 40 minutes. Asked to see what came out of the ducts was told i couldnt see. Tech hooked up to vent in dinning room not the intake vent. Received a call from the office on 11-27-18 saying an Tammy i can't believe you left a bad review. I once again stated you didn't do what you said you would he hung up! I feel like they saw a handicap woman home alone and took advantage of me. The tech was very friendly, First and last time using them.
