I had my roof replaced by Evergreen about 6 years ago. Well cleaning my roof I found two soft spots. Brian came out quickly and said I had a ventilation issue. He had a two man crew at my house the next week and they repaired it in one day no charge as it was still under warranty. Angle and his co-worker did an outstanding job. And were great to work with. They also addressed the ventilation issue so this won't happen again. Sincerely Larry E I would highly recommend Evergreen to all my friends.

Evergreen put on a new roof for us and I am very happy with the process and the result. Shawn was very clear in the bid process and remained responsive throughout the installation. The work crew leader, Angel, was absolutely brilliant in problem solving throughout the process. His crew were each very experienced, working independently and in teams to get the job done right and on schedule. I had requested several deviations from a simple reroofing – installation of a solar fan and rodent screening under the venting – and this team made these modifications in an efficient and thorough manner. Angel’s forward-thinking came even more into focus near the end when he asked if I would like them to leave the anchors in place on the steep portions of our roof so that the solar installers would not need to install their own next month. Evergreen Renovations and Roofing comes with my highest recommendation.

Evergreen removed our 40 year old metal roof and installed a new 50 year shingle. Great communication from Bid to Completion. Crew cleaned the entire site daily and repaired anything to make our roof better in the long run.

Customer service is good. Three layers removed, so lots of debris. Considing the amount of debris, the daily clean up was great. The project forman was easy to talk with; taking his time to listen and answer questions. Would I recommend, yes.

Fast service and quality work

We did not have a good experience with Evergreen and do not recommend the company for roofing. Lots of promises about how satisfactory the job would be in the sales pitch. Instead, the new roof sags in some places and is elevated in others, has uneven edges, and the gutters sit below the roofline. The excuse given by the company owner was that the house is old. True enough but in a mile and a half radius of our house I have not seen any roofs that look as unprofessional as ours and many of the houses in the neighborhood are, like mine, 100 years old . I'm no expert but maybe if they had replaced all the plywood the roof would be even; in fact the sales person suggested replacing the plywood might fix the sagging but that was not included in the contract.

From beginning to end with Edwin, roofing crew and Shawn they were professional, thorough, and friendly. The estimate was right on. They cleaned up after each day's work. The roofing crew finished the work in 3.5 days (they even worked in the rain). Our daughter recommended Evergreen Renovations after they completed work for her. We also recommend the company.

I can't say enough GREAT things about my experience with Edwin (Sales) and the entire, fabulous work crew (Chalo, Alvaro and Erek)! What a TEAM! And Brian, Kristin and Tami too. I was determined to get 10 bids, but at lucky number 5, Edwin came fully prepared, on time, and with a full detailed packet of all materials and samples, answered my extensive list of questions, and had an aerial view of my roof for exact need of measurements- which was spot on! Sold. We went through every detail to perfection. And there was no pressure. Just the facts. And at the right price in comparison to the others. Saved me an additional $10K compared to the other 'recommended' via Angie's List. Something to certainly appreciate!! Do your homework. Couldn't be more pleased about my experience with this crew / and the safety and security I have now with a new roof, which looks fabulous, and a solid piece of mind. I also really appreciated the daily care taken to clean up debris over the short 3-day duration of the project to clean up and remove any nails or materials that would be potentially harmful to my pets!! Huge! And Thoughtful. Excellent experience!

The complete repair and roof installation on my double wide mobile home was done in one day, The crew of six were truly fantastic and did a professional installation! The repairs were done, cleanup excellent! All work was done in one day ! Outstanding person who worked to get this crew and a loan was excellent! Great company!
