The individuals I met through DryTech, from Ryan the inspector, to the work team including Victor and Gabe, were all great. The place for improvement I experienced was a general lack of communication between those in charge of the initial quote and the actual team who came to do the work. I had to re-explain a number of aspects of the job to the team even after going through it in detail with Ryan a few days before. There were issues with everyone not being on the same page, not setting up containment during mold remediation as discussed (would not recommend for mold remediation), not knowing to fill a window well as discussed, etc., etc. I had to re-explain and double-check that everything we agreed to was actually getting done. However, even after that, I know Victor and his team worked hard to finish this project.

The Rep. came and assessed the job, sent in the DryTech Posse who sealed-in the area, did the work, cleaned-up and left. The DryTech Posse is equivalent to a well-oiled working machine. These guys ALL work well together. They are real professionals!

The workers were very quick and precise in their work. They also cleaned up after the job was done.

Excellent job repairing a crack in our poured concrete basement wall. Had to dig down to the bottom of the foundation, seal the crack, and back fill the hole - clean up was so good you didn't know work was even done. Very satisfied with the initial estimator, the job foreman, and the crew. The price was competitive with other estimates we received. Would recommend this company.

It is not possible to sum up in a few words how happy and satisfied I am with Dry Tech Waterproofing. After a 2 year progressing problem with water in the basement and drainage outside from our sump pump, Dry Tech fixed everything in 3 days at a fair and reasonable cost. The crew was professional and experienced and knew how to solve all the problems. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone with similar water problems and have already referred them to my neighbor who has a similar situation. In a knowledgeable and professional manner, he designed the system for our basement and presented a detailed project proposal with drawings. An affordable cost estimate was reached. Also, financing guidance was given to obtain a deferred interest loan. Three days later, the construction crew arrived to begin installation of the system. They were attentive to specific concerns and answered all questions completely and politely. Through discipline and hard work, they completed the job in two days, one day ahead of schedule. Upon completion, including a thorough clean-up, a tour was given of the newly installed system.
