Very fast, done in three days. They left a small mess outside from the demolition, but other than that they were great. My basement has stayed dry after several bad storms. Very satisfied.

When your basement is suddenly letting in water, it's a high stress situation! Luckily DryTech were highly responsive and professional. Ryan showed up on time, made a full assessment and gave us a detailed exoplanation of the work that was to be done, along with some technical details that we could use to help ask the right questions as we obtained a competitive proposal from other companies. We were able to agree a fair price with minimal drama, the team showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They did their best to help salvage features / fixtures from the existing basement floor, and left the house in decent shape considering the amount of jackhammering and cement laying that they did. The cement is still drying and so far we have missed heavy rains, but based on what they did, how thoroughly they did it, and most of all, how professionally the whole team conducted themselves I am confident that i=in the unlikey event that there are any issues, they will stand behind their work. Highly recommended.
