I have given this review much thought even before the project got underway based souly on salesmanship and marketing. Let me preface by saying my husband and I are 25 year DIY-ers, having redone, rebuilt and restored much of our home TOGETHER. It’s very rare that we leave projects around here to “outsiders”. When we do so to it’s because we know enough to appreciate that some things are better tackled by a professional who does the work day in and day out, will guarantee their work and offer a good warranty. I can’t think of anything more important than the very foundation of our home and that is why we opted to outsource this project. Addam from Dry Tech came to our home, assessed the situation, gave my husband and myself various options to address our basement leaks. Addam outlined where the french drain and sump pump would go. As well as where the water would be pumped out and drained. He told us what materials they use and what was entailed in the installation. He did not tell us how the “other guys” can’t do what they do, which was refreshing after the 1st few consultations. He also gave us the bottom line right up front, no haggling necessary. The warranty, exceptional. The day of... Paul and his crew from Dry Tech were on time, very professional, clean and explained everything before, during and after the process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! - Contacted several companies to inspect and repair a water leak problem on the side wall of my drywalled basement. While others were quick to make a determination of the problem, Jason from Dry Tech, took his time to exam the issue and discovered the true root of the problem, that the others missed. Dry Tech's professional and courteous three man team fixed the problem in one day. They carefully cut the basement drywall, sealed the crack from the inside with v-groove and cement, removed signs of mold and then dug an 8ft deep hole on the outside wall, sealed the outside with v-groove, cement, tar and backing board, then back filled the wall. The last part of the project was to install a sump pump in our home's current french drain system and pipe it through the side wall into downspout system. They took the extra time run the inside piping into the corner of the wall and out the side of the house. Just a fantastic job by the entire Dry Tech team. A real value for the service performed. You will not be disappointed with Dry Tech.

The job ended up being underestimated by their salesman but they did the work at the agreed contracted price anyway . Their team was respectful and professional . They did a great job with attention to details . They were prompt to address my request and prompt to do the work .

The Dry Tech crew came in and dug up the concrete basement perimeter (95 Linear Feet). they installed perforated pipe and stones and a Sump pump and completed it in one day. They removed all debris and cleaned up the area pretty good

The salesman who came was polite and well informed and was not pushy. The crew that came were wonderful so nice work was done quickly and well, great job.
