Write a ReviewGreat company an established Business quick installation
the 2 Gentlemen that came to give me an estimate were absolutely so upfront & Honest They were a God send Blessing although the job hasn't been started I know deep in my Heart it will be excellent can't wait to get the job done Thank You Addam & Ryan God Bless You Both Sincerely Terry Lewis
The team was quick and friendly. Haven’t tested out the pump yet but I’m looking forward to the rainy season to see how well it works.
Obviously the sales guys are all mostly full of crap, but these guys especially. Then, there was zero official documentation. They were unable to email me my quote, they texted me a blurry screenshot and asked for me to print, sign and text it back. Then that was texted to the people doing the work, so they could barely read it and I had to explain what they were supposed to do, which they were not prepared for so my promised 1 day work would have taken 3 days if I didn t end up canceling day 3 and finishing the work myself. The work that was done was decent but as a French drain relies on gravity, I find it impossible for my drain to work as the starting point of the one wall appears to be below the sump pit, and I am fairly certain water cannot move uphill...
Peter, I apologize for your experience. Some of our inspectors are not very computer savvy and normally get the paperwork done in the customers home. Not sure why a blurry screen shot was sent to you, it is not our normal operating procedure. As for the French drain, our sump containers are 24? deep and our 4? pvc pipe goes at the bottom of the footer which is 8? below your concrete slab therefore it would be impossible for our guys to miscalculate and dig an extra 22? below your footer and install the pipe that deep. Not sure where the confusion is but please feel free to contact me to discuss farther. Thanks, Matt
These six men were polite, helpful, quiet, and very hard workers. Their foreman asked me some questions prior to starting the job to make sure it was what I wanted even though items were detailed on the job order sheet. They removed all the trash and left my basement very neat and clean. It looked great and smelled so much better. I am so relieved the mold is gone. My thanks to the men of DryTech.
These guys were in and out in two days, and did an excellent job of waterproofing the basement in such a short time. In the mold remediation process, they tore out all of the interior walls, which was fine, and also ripped down the drop ceiling, which left lights, electric boxes and electrical cords dangling like spaghetti, as well as wrenching my internet cable free from the box. They overloaded and shorted out the leak sensor on my water heater while they were cleaning the floor, leaving my family without hot water on a Friday evening and through the weekend, since nobody felt it necessary to return my calls. When I finally got a call back from one of their co-owners, he told me that they must have "shorted out the pilot light on my water heater" (which is electric, ergo, no pilot light) and he'd call me when he found a guy to come over. No call. When I contacted him again hours later he had completely forgotten that we had talked. Nobody has contacted me in the three weeks since the job was complete, despite promises to the contrary. They also abandoned a piece of equipment here. I had an extensive home renovation in March 2019 in which there were guys in and out for weeks, and they never left the house in such a violently messy state. I am so sad that I hired this very unprofessional company.
It was a pleasure working with Dry Tech waterproofing they were very neat my sump pump is working well and I was pleased with the outcome
Went on homeadvisor, got a call within 5 minutes, and Bob was out in a few days. Got an estimate and within a couple days they came out did the work in a day and were done. Well worth the money spent. Thankyou drytech and thankyou Bob. Excellent customer service and excellent work done by the crew.
They worked quickly and when they were finished we hardly knew anyone was here. Cleanup was excellent. We were very pleased with the entire experience.
Reliable, prompt, thorough, priced appropriately based on other bids
