I waited two months to write this review so i could see if the work done was effective. First I'd like to say that Addam is a great representative of this company. He listen to me and did not try to sell me something I didn't want. He never made me fell pressured to go with Drytech. All other companies reps did. This is the main reason i went with Drytech. As far as the actual work, the crew was on time and did a great job even doing more that what they had contracted to do with no additional charge. They were all very professional and courteous. They did not put back large rock that they had to move for job, but nobody is perfect. Plus I did not point it out. Now as far as the results... we've had four storms two of which were the type that we would get water in the basement for sure... not one drop. In fact the humidifier that we have running 24 hours a day shut off for the first time in many years. Great job, would recommend Drytech for sure.

Addam was great. Crew was courtesy and professional. Very clean and removed all debris. Mold problem and mildrew odor was gone immediately. They explained came back to do the ozone shock treatment. Everything went well. I'm also getting a sum pump installed by them tomorrow.

My husband and I had a very positive experience dealing with DryTech. The quote that the technician Matt provided was very detailed and specific. Their work team arrived promptly and worked very hard to complete the project in the 2 day timeline that was promised. The crew removed all of the debris and cleaned the basement when the job was finished. The crew was very friendly and polite.

they took everything along that was wet and cleaned out the basement I thought I would have to put the contents out for the garbage but they put on the trailer and took the basement hasn't dried yet so hope that the water is gone

Adam was the service rep. who came out to my house, explained what would be done and how his crew would do it and how many days it would take. He answered every question I asked and the crew that did the job was on time did a great job and cleaned everything up before they left and now my basement is bone dry when it rains I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Overall, we had an excellent experience with this company. They called to schedule an estimate within 20 minutes of the request and were able to visit two days later(Saturday) and work began another 2 days later(Monday). Our basement needed a considerable amount of work(water proofing,mold, and foundation issues including a step crack and a bowing wall). Steve explained everything and made sure to answer all of our questions. When it came time to scheduling the job, they were more concerned with our two children being in the house and came out right away to help. The crew was quick and efficient, they even helped move the larger items out of the way. The customer service was excellent, pricing was on point, and the results so far have been fantastic including three summer storms accompanied by flash flood warnings. We could not be happier.
