Be careful, they scam like a used car dealer. quoting an over-inflated price first, then going lower and lower and finally coincidentally having a cancellation the next day if you sign the contract. I did sign, and despite talking with the salesman about what type of outlets would be installed for the sump pumps, they did not install outlets for the sump pumps. Their solution was to run extension cords to the overhead lighting which now has to stay on all the time to run the sump pumps. They made me pull permits for the work, and did not install discharge where they said they would. I have a discharge under my porch which will erode the foundation of the porch as it discharges water from the basement. Not good. They also made my yard a mud pit in two days suitable for hogs at the end of the job and I was told this is NORMAL for a work site. Beware, they will ruin your yard, take out basement windows and not replace them properly, and install a system that wont have electric to it to run the pumps! In response to all this I was graciously offered a $200 credit on a 10K plus job.

Jim, I apologize for your experience, as you can see from our other reviews this is not the normal for our company. I'm not sure how or why you were under the impression that we would be doing any electrical work as we are not certified electricians and it states on our contract that ?homeowner is responsible for any electrical work needed,? we provide an extension cord so the system is functional until you are able to have an outlet installed, also all of our inspectors know that we 100% do not do any electrical work so not sure how the impression was made that we would do that. Also permits are normally not necessary for the drain system we

Overall a great experience. Had 3 other companies come in to quote and none of them left me feeling comfortable with both the quality of service they could provide and the price. (One company tried to scam me into a $30K repair so be ware of this industry.) Matt did a great job explaining the repair and giving me confidence that they would do the job right. They also fit me into the schedule 3 days after the quote. Two guys showed up on time, set-up proper containment/ventilation to keep the area clean, and finished in just over 3 hours including proper clean up. Would highly recommend

Very professional. The guys were pleasant and worked very hard on a tight timeframe. They looked exhausted, but the work didn't look rushed in any way. I was very pleased with the entire process.
