In a knowledgeable and professional manner, he designed the system for our basement and presented a detailed project proposal with drawings. An affordable cost estimate was reached. Also, financing guidance was given to obtain a deferred interest loan. Three days later, the construction crew arrived to begin installation of the system. They were attentive to specific concerns and answered all questions completely and politely. Through discipline and hard work, they completed the job in two days, one day ahead of schedule. Upon completion, including a thorough clean-up, a tour was given of the newly installed system.
