The direct remodel team was excellent to work with Josh and the crew are always welcome in our home they treated us like family and the company reflects its reviews!

Direct remodels installed 7 windows and 2 doors for me for 9 total openings. All of the work was completed in one day, and it took about 6 weeks after the final measurement for the work to be completed. The windows are absolutely perfect. The doors however are sitting weird so my automatic locks dont function properly any more. Not only that but the customer service is absolutely trash. I asked for an itemized reciept. 3 weeks later i recieved a recipt for the total coast of the work. When I called again and asked I was told it isnt possible to provide an itemized recipt because they have no idea how much the windows or doors cost and that i should just assume about 70% of the total cost was for the windows. ok fine but i got windows AND doors so how do I calculate that? The only reason I can think of that this information is not provided is that there is some shady business going on with how much they are charging. So find another business to do your work.

Sept. 2025. I had Direct Remodels replace 2 hurricane windows from a previous company that went out of business. Renn was my salesman. He was very efficient, very knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. He gave me all the information I needed, he literally sat back and let me make my own decision. He told me my 2 bedroom windows did not need to be replaced, “no problem, no need to replace” was his answer. I love my new windows. Alex and his assistant were the installers. They did a fantastic job. Arrived at 8 a m and driving away at 10:15 a m. Direct Remodels was the only company that responded to my request for information and pricing. I am a very happy customer. Easy, great process.

I had Direct Remodels replace the windows on the front of my house and I’m so glad I did! It really enhanced the curb appeal of my home :) Elijah made the process super easy for me and the installer was stellar! The caulk lines are straight and the windows look great! I like how the sliders open from both sides. Also the windows arrived in less than a month after Elijah was here. Couldn’t be happier :)

Direct Remodels was a dream to work with, the entire process went as we were told. Great salesperson and super installer who did an excellent job for us. Our new windows look great!

The follow up with this company is horrible. No one will return a phone call and then when they do, it is to my husband rather than to me, when I placed the call. Withheld some of the payment because not all of the installation was complete, and then got a notice they were going to debt collection. No correspondence, No follow up with management when requested. Thank goodness the installers were professional and windows seem to be good quality. Salesman was non-existent after initial payment. Forgot to place order for 4 months despite follow up on our part.

I just got my new hurricane windows install and I canâ t be more happy about it. The installation crew Robert and Troy were absolutely wonderful, very professional and helpful. Also I have had a great experience with one of her costumer service representative Sarah helping me with my inspection appointment and final appt with a service guy for the final window finish. I would definitely recomend this company 100 %
