Direct Remodels

I had windows & doors replaced in my florida room and a new front door installed on mobile home. The widows are fantastic easy to clean and open & close. The work done by a father and son Jamie & Nick did a fantastic job of installing them. The front door that i wanted was not available so Direct replaced it with a better and more attractive door at no extra cost. On completion of work everything was cleaned up and i notice they had finished off above the windows, a job i had started. Thanks to all the staff at Direct that i had contact with and a special thanks to Jamie & Nick for a great job,

I rarely post about bad experience but this sliding door story is so unbelievable that I must warn you against using Direct Remodels, LLC. Save yourself the trouble from dealing with the WORST customer service ever as this company does not stay behind their product. My story is as followed: -Contract Signed August, 5th 2022 for 3 sliding doors -Installation performed on November 11th, 2023 -Contacted about scratches on glass panels and damaged door handle after installation. -Contacted again about scratches on glass panels and door handle on January 4th, 2023 (after returning from a trip) -Door handle replaced the week of January 5th, 2023 -Stucco work completed on January 11th, 2023 -Inspection still pending as of March 27th, 2023 After many attempts to get the situation resolved, I contacted my credit card company on March 20th, 2023 to dispute one of 3 payment made to Direct Remodels, LLC. (All was paid in full BTW since Stucco work was completed) On March 27th, 2023 I got a response from Daniel Vecchio, Direct Remodelsâ president, indicating that they will be filing a lien on my property. This is beyond comprehension! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER unless you don't mind getting your attorney involved!

My windows were installed in October. I am missing screens and all of the screw and drain plugs have still not been installed. I keep getting the run around. One new window is chipped and one window has broken locks and another window has a bad seal. The owner of the company refuses to talk to me and has blocked my number. Great service after the sale huh?

I gave them a $700 deposit in Oct. they told me windows would be installed Dec22 after Christmas I called and had to leave a message finally someone called back after I requested a refund, He was totally nasty when telling me nothing verbal is binding and insinuated, I was an old saying I was a mature adult and should know what a contract was, I called back again had to leave a message an mg called back and told me I would have my windows installed last week- no call no show! I am getting rain in my house I want a refund

The James and the other guys that put the windows in where very professional and very nice quick and cleaned up everything when done they did and excellent job and I would recommend this company to do another job any time and will recommend them to anyone looking to do their windows .

I just completed a window plan for my home with Graham from Direct Remodel, a window company that designs, manufactures, and installs windows. Graham brought various samples with comparable windows by other manufacturers. Graham shared the features of the windows including an amazing warrenty. The warrenty covers â acts of Godâ and transfers if I choose to sell my home! It is clear the windows that Direct Remodel creates is superior to others with specs that exceed state requirements. He gave me a realistic timeline, tax-free info, and a bit of tax credit information. Working with Graham was very pleasant and though he is a salesman, he did not push â the sale,â he asked questions and shared information that led me to my decision. Also, Sherry was the first person I spoke with. She was so pleasant to talk with, was well-apprised in the business, and insured me of a presentation time that worked for me. I love doing business with a local company too!
