Our windows were frosting up resulting in water running down on the floor. I felt that the problem was due to the type of windows so I called Direct Remodels for a quote on new windows. Dan and Tyler came out and instead of giving a sales pitch, they proceeded to explain to us that our existing windows were not the problem and that we did not need new ones. They went on to explain what was causing the problem and recommended a solution. Before leaving, they insisted that we call them in a few days to let them know if the problem was solved. We were truly amazed at their professionalism, honesty and concern. We did try their recommendations and at this point the problem seems to be solved. What a relief that we do not have to spend the $6,000 to $7,000 that new windows would have cost us.

I met with Dan G. today and he explained everything in detail about windows, guarantees, the installation process , the timeline and the financing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait for my new windows to be installed!. I am also getting a new small entry door for my garage.

Everything detail was as promised! I was updated regularly, by the staff, as to the progress of the fabrication of our windows. Once the instalkers arrived, the job was professionally completed, and my new windows, along with the rooms and work area, were meticulously cleaned. Now, I have Direct Remodels in my home now, making arrangements for more home improvements.
