Graham was very courteous and did a deep explanation of the project and made the financing easy to understand and process. Their quote was within my budget and better than any quote I received within the last two years. I look forward to getting my windows installed with direct remodels.

The team headed by John was hard working and worked in sync. It was wonderful watching them just flow with the work. I would suggest this company to those looking for replacement Impact windows.

We hired them for the replacement of two windows. The windows took 7 months to arrive, no communication from the company. I tried contacting them multiple times and most times get no response. Windows were installed in October 2021 and passed the county inspection in January 2022 (after approx 4 or 5 visits from the inspector). It is now May 2022 and we are still waiting for the company to come back and finish the windows after they passed the inspection in January. I have contacted the company many times but keep getting the responses I will check to see when someone can come but they never get back to me. They had full payment for the windows in October and we still have not got our finished windows. Really disappointing as I have used before and always had good luck with the companies. But this company I would never recommend.

They don?t finish the job. We need to fallows then and after 2 months somebody coming to finish

Jordan kept in touch, followed our project (11 new windows) from beginning to end, and just made the whole process almost stress free. The product is excellent, the install went very well, inspection passed on first visit, and follow up for the trim install completed. Just a very good experience.

Very complicated job of removing a window and installing an exterior door in a cement block house. It was professional done. The outside of the house had to be sanded and stucco redone to match other doors. The finish product is beautiful. Fast work with total clean up. Very satisfied.

sign contract 2/9/2021 appointment 4/9/2021 no call no show took over a month to get someone one the phone to tell me why my dad call talked to a jason saying he was a co owner and the job would be done in 2 weeks that was over 2 months ago 3 weeks ago 1 talked to a jason i asked for a refund and he said he would have to talk to owner but offered 1st week in september . that 3 no call no show i have leaking pipes in my walls and have to keep my water shut off thats 7 months with no water

I did so much research for new windows for my home, then a co-worker recommended Direct Remodels, and I am all about supporting local business, so I booked my free estimate appointment. The rest fell into place. The value for great quality windows was what I wanted, and they delivered on that and more! I liked that they are a General Contractor business too, somehow gave me more confidence in making my decision. The value was so good I was able to get my sliding glass doors replaced too! I am a very happy customer.
